Flight Crew Food Safety and Culinary Training in Los Angeles, California

Air Culinaire Worldwide and Aircare FACTS® Training are holding Flight Crew Food Safety Classes and Culinary Workshops on a regular basis. The classes are combined into one full-day program. The Flight Crew Food Safety Class covers food safety and best practices tailored to the unique in-flight environment. The Culinary Workshop is hands-on, so students prepare, plate and present food to their colleagues under the guidance of an Executive Chef. The course also covers the 25 critical data points a caterer needs for an order, as well as packaging and reheating procedures.

Classes will be held in the training facility within Aircare FACTS Training’s facility in Long Beach, California. 2016 sessions will be held February 27, April 23, May 28, July 30 and October 1. Classes held at Aircare FACTS Training in Long Beach are limited in size in order to provide quality one-on-one instruction and seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
