Flight Crew Food Safety and Culinary Training in Paris, France

Air Culinaire Worldwide and Aircare FACTS Training are holding Flight Crew Food Safety Classes and Culinary Workshops in Paris, France. The classes are combined into one full-day program. The Flight Crew Food Safety Class covers food safety and best practices tailored to the unique in-flight environment. The Culinary Workshop is hands-on, so students  prepare, plate and present food to their colleagues under the guidance of an Executive Chef. The course also covers the 25 critical data points a caterer needs for an order, as well as packaging and reheating procedures.

2016 classes will be held 7 October and 8 December at Air Culinaire Worldwide Paris Le Bourget. Classes for 2017 will be announced soon. Classes held in Paris are limited to nine students on a first-come, first-served basis. Classes are also available at your facility. Contact jdetloff@airculinaire.com for details and registration.
