    • Bacon Lardons
    • Pecans
    • Pumpkin Seeds
    • Micro Greens
    • Roasted Pork Loin

7 Plating Steps

    • Lightly dress mixed greens and place in corner of plate.
    • Place butternut squash on plate.
    • Shingle pork loin on plate.
