Tools and Ingredients

  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Tongs
  • Lobster Bisque
  • Garnish Kit
    • Tomato Julienne
    • Parsley
    • Cognac and Saffron Emulsion

4 Plating Steps

  • Pour soup into bowl.
  • Gently place tomato julienne in center of soup.
  • Drizzle cognac and saffron emulsion across top in zigzag pattern.
  • Place parsley off center. Additional parsley can be sprinkled acrosstop.
