Meet General Manager Lauro Gonzalez and the Aspen Inflight Catering Team
Need inflight catering in Aspen? Lauro Gonzalez brings 20 years of culinary experience to the Aspen team. He won first place in the white wine category of the 2009 Dallas Wine & Food Festival Rising Star Chef event and served as a judge at the 2010 Dallas Wine & Food Festival. Previously, Chef Gonzalez was a Professor of Gastronomy at the Universidad Continente Americano (UCA) in Guanajuato, Mexico. Throughout his culinary career, Lauro has worked in various roles from line cook to executive chef with famous chefs including Stephan Pyles, Dean Fearing, Roy Yamaguchi, Grady Spears and Louis Lambert. He is bilingual (English and Spanish) and graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Lauro and the Aspen inflight catering team look forward to serving you.
