J.W. is a veteran of the hospitality scene in Las Vegas, the Virgin Islands and the northeastern United States. He has a love for authentic cuisine and a passion for providing guests a unique and memorable experience.

Tom has over 21 years of culinary and management experience, with six years served as our executive chef in Boston. He has extensive knowledge and experience in fine dining culinary, operations and management. As a seasoned chef, Tom Romig and his team are known for their ability to capture the best of Boston in every culinary creation.
