He enjoys the fast pace of the industry and building relationships with our clients. Davie’s expertise has been sought after and he is routinely involved in the training of new employees throughout our United States kitchens for several years. Davie works alongside Executive Chef Isaias Ramirez, who has been in the inflight catering industry for over 15 years.
