Since joining Air Culinaire Worldwide in 2002, Steve Klise has served in a variety of roles in kitchen operations management, opening new kitchens, and coordinating order facilitation, making him an expert in both the culinary and business sides of in-flight catering.
Steve currently serves as the General Manager of the Air Culinaire Worldwide Las Vegas kitchen, where he is responsible for daily kitchen operations and order facilitation. Steve works closely with Executive Chef Lee Stephens who is known for her impeccable culinary sense in creating unique and flavorful dishes.
