Gilbert is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy with over 25 years of culinary experience. Most of his time has been spent as an executive chef in a high-volume upscale restaurant space. As an executive chef with emphasis on new development, he is a high performance leader. Gilbert comes from a strong background of team development, leadership, communication, training and menu creation. Working in high-volume kitchens gives Gilbert a unique approach to his current general manager and executive chef position. His responsibilities include managing client engagements as well as managing operations. Gilbert’s combination of drive and fascination with aviation, give him the ability to continuously elevate service for our clients.
