Meet General Manager Frédéric Juillet and the Paris Inflight Catering Team
Need inflight catering in Paris? Frédéric leads the Paris team with over 17 years of experience working within the catering industry; in leadership roles covering the Middle East, Europe, Africa, America, Asia and Oceania. Frederic has a diverse wealth of knowledge, and his background compliments the avant-garde approach of the Paris kitchen team.
Working as the general manager in five-star hotels, undertaking independent consultancy roles and managing new restaurant concepts, Frederic’s global experience also crosses over into finance, marketing and business development. Frédéric has his Hospitality Industry GRETA Diploma in Marseille, and expanded his education further with completing a MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Global Business Leadership, at the Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island.
A trained chef, Frédéric is confident has mastered French, Italian, American, Steakhouse, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Arabic and Lebanese cuisines. Frederic is a French national, and is fluent in French, Italian and English.
Executive Chef Jean-Marc Collinet is a graduate from the Centre Européen des Professions Culinaires with over 30 years in the culinary industry, Jean-Marc is a
knowledgeable and seasoned high-end culinary professional. Well-known for his culinary accomplishments, Jean-Marc has led airports, hotels, restaurants, boutiques and major events toward culinary success. His work has led him to several regions of France, including Martinique and Guadeloupe, where he served French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
The new Paris kitchen was opened on April 21, 2016 and is located on-site at Paris-Le Bourget Airport. The 800 square-meter CE Certified facility (8611 square-feet) has a team of in-flight catering professionals, lead by General Manager Frédéric Juillet and Executive Chef Jean Marc Collinet, who are ready to serve you.

The facility serves as the first step in our vision of the future of our company and for the in-flight catering industry. The kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line, high-efficiency commercial kitchen equipment, such as the revolutionary SelfCookingCenter® 5 Senses. Every detail for producing safe, high-end in-flight catering was thought of when designing the layout of the new facility, including dedicated halal production and cold storage areas. We are dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality cuisine that meets their dietary and religious requirements. Therefore, we are proud to be a halal-certified kitchen.

In addition to our fleet of refrigerated delivery trucks, we own and operate a high-loader that is capable of servicing all aircraft, with the exception of Airbus 380 and Boeing 787.
