Meet General Manager Yadira Barrera and the San Diego Inflight Catering Team
Need inflight catering in San Diego? A native of the California Central Valley, Yadira Barrera passion for the culinary arts, and dishes like paella, drove her to attend culinary school at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She then moved to Las Vegas, where she worked for Thomas Keller at Bouchon, and had stints at the Bellagio and Aria, before joining our team in Las Vegas. Her talents and capabilities as a leader became evident while in Las Vegas, and she has since held leadership roles in San Francisco and San Diego.
