Stephan Luna is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, holding additional certifications from Caputo, the Culinary Institute of Virginia & the Culinary Institute of America in a variety of culinary specialties & business disciplines including Neapolitan Pizza, Baking & Pastry, Hospitality Marketing, Hospitality Management & Nutrition. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA by way of Chicago, IL & Coastal Virginia, Stephan is an award-winning chef & seasoned restaurateur. He began his culinary career working for Charlie Trotter, Sydney Meers & many Michelin-rated restaurants. Chef Stephan serves as our General Manager & Executive Chef for our San Francisco in-flight catering facility dedicated to elevating the dining experience for private aviation clients.
