Meet General Manager Carlos Alfaro and the Seattle Inflight Catering Team
Need inflight catering in Seattle? Carlos joined the Air Culinaire Worldwide family in April of 2009 and has over 17 years of operations and food production experience. His experience includes working with Tom Douglas at the Dahlia Lodge and growing a “from scratch” Italian pasta company to a national level by creating a HACCP program and managing the USDA compliance for the facility. He enjoys working with an experienced team to provide exceptional food and service for the Seattle business aviation community.
