Meet General Manager Jonathan Greek and the Van Nuys Inflight Catering Team

Jonathan Greek, a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, brings over 17 years of food and beverage experience to the Van Nuys inflight catering team.
A native of California, Jonathan’s background is perfectly suited for the diverse responsibilities of managing both Van Nuys California operations. Beginning his career as a chef, then applying those creative abilities to restaurant management and then finally food and beverage management. As a consummate culinarian, and member of the International Food Services Executive Association and American Culinary Federation, Jonathan’s passion for food and service is exemplified in the catering that makes the Van Nuys operation special.
Jonathan works closely with Executive Chef Kenneth Yacharn, a culinary school graduate who has been part of our Van Nuys team for the past six years. Jonathan, Executive Chef Kenneth Yacharn and the Van Nuys inflight catering team look forward to serving you.
