National Blueberry Pancake Day

National Blueberry Pancake Day

National Blueberry Pancake Day is celebrated annually on January 28th in the United States. re are many varieties of pancakes and one of my favorite is the blueberry pancake. Pancakes come in a variety of styles around the world such as the crepe, but in the United States our pancakes usually have a raising agent, such as baking powder to make the batter rise.

When making blueberry pancakes, it is always best to add the blueberries once the batter is on the griddle so it won’t turn the pancake mixture blue. So, enjoy this wonderful day and consider surprising your passengers with morning departures or have some blueberry pancakes for yourself!
