Air Culinaire Worldwide is holding Flight Crew Food Safety and Culinary Training on a regular basis. The classes are combined into one full-day program. The Flight Crew Food Safety Class covers food safety and best practices tailored to the unique in-flight environment. The Culinary Workshop is hands-on, so students prepare, plate and present food to their colleagues under the guidance of an Executive Chef. The course also covers the 25 critical data points a caterer needs for an order, as well as packaging and reheating procedures.
Classes will be held in the training facility within our headquarters in Tampa, Florida. 2016 classes are scheduled for January 22, March 31, August 11 and September 22. Classes for 2017 will be announced soon. Classes held at our Tampa headquarters are limited to nine students on a first-come, first-served basis. The full day of training is priced at $590.
