• James Slater has been promoted to Vice President of Technology, bringing his deep technological knowledge to the forefront. In his new role, James is leading our initiatives, which include launching our online services and transitioning to a new ERP system. Both of these services provide a better experience for our customers, aligning ACW with evolving industry trends. 
  
• Anastasia Peterson, with 14 years at ACW, has been promoted to Senior Director of Global Network. Her experience and relationship-building skills will contribute to ACW’s network expansion and focus on quality. 
  
• Tiffany Cartledge, boasting 6 years of dedicated service in our guest services department, specializing in flight attendant orders, has showcased exceptional leadership abilities. Recognized for her invaluable contributions, she has ascended to the role of Director of Guest Services. 
  
• Sandy Feliciano, with extensive experience, has been appointed as Network Manager, leveraging her industry insights to support ACW’s presence in their vendor network.
