Air Culinaire Worldwide Opens San Jose Kitchen

Greater flexibility now available in high-traffic Silicon Valley region

Tampa, Florida (May 13, 2014) – To keep up with increasing client demand and enable last-minute requests in Silicon Valley, Air Culinaire Worldwide announced it is now operating an in-flight kitchen at Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC). The kitchen is located within the Atlantic Aviation FBO and is the only in-flight kitchen based on the field.

“Our clients want more responsive in-flight catering when in San Jose, which receives a large amount of business aviation traffic,” said Paul Schweitzer, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing. “By establishing a kitchen at the airport, we now provide our clients 24/7 service including our regional specialties and can facilitate last-minute requests when changes occur.”

The new kitchen becomes the fourth Air Culinaire Worldwide kitchen based in California, including its locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Van Nuys and brings the total number of Air Culinaire Worldwide kitchens to 20.
