    • Enter delivery details (Airport, FBO, date, and time)
    • Browse location-specific menu options
    • Select your desired items
    • Add any allergens or dietary requirements

    Upon login, you will find your personalized dashboard where you can:

    • Track current orders

  • Acknowledgement, Confirmation and Billing

    After submitting your order

    • Automatic Acknowledgment You will receive an immediate email acknowledging that we have received your order.
    • Expert Review A dedicated Guest Services team member will review your order with our Air Culinaire Worldwide kitchens or approved vendors to ensure everything meets our quality standards.
    • Order Confirmation Once the order is completely reviewed, the order status will change to Confirmed in the portal and you will receive an email notification with confirmation details
    • Post-Delivery Once your order is delivered, access your invoice directly through your customer portal.
