Air Culinaire Worldwide Welcomes 100 Years of Aviation Expertise

Tampa, Florida (September 15, 2016) – Air Culinaire Worldwide has officially welcomed three highly-trained professionals to their senior sales team. With a combined experience of over 100 years in private aviation and in-flight catering, Monalisa Shaheen-Jones, Eddie Miceli and Jennifer Riegel will be instrumental in meeting the expectations of operators and FBOs on a worldwide basis.

Monalisa Shaheen-Jones, Sales Director, is a globally-respected leader in aviation and has been on the NBAA Flight Attendant Committee for many years. She is fluent in Arabic and English, and previously managed the Aviation Services Network (ASN), a division of Rudy’s In-Flight, for 13 years.

Jennifer Riegel, Northeast Sales Manager, will leverage her 30 years of FBO customer service to the benefit of all clients and focus on the Northeast. Her knowledge of in-flight catering and aviation stems from her experience at Avis, Signature Flight Support and Jet Aviation FBOs. Jennifer was recognized in 2015 by Aviation International News for ‘Customer Service Above and Beyond Survey.’

Eddie Miceli, Large Cabin Sales Manager, brings a new perspective to Air Culinaire Worldwide due to his experience with large cabin operations. Eddie will focus on a fast-growing segment of our business, large cabin operations. As a true expert of large cabin operations, Eddie often sits in as a News Media Aviation Safety Analyst on renowned networks such as CNN. Eddie is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.
